Mitchell Harris

Managing Partner

Hard-Working, Midwest Roots.  Born and raised in the Detroit area, Mitch’s father worked for an auto supplier, and his grandfather was on the production line at a General Motors plant for 35 years.  His family instilled foundational values of perseverance, accountability, grit, and a people-first approach.  Throughout his journey Mitch has carried these values with him, enabling him to lead with purpose and clarity.

Experienced, Seasoned Operator.  Mitch has over 20 years experience in business operations, marketing, and business development across a variety of industries and company sizes.  Most recently Mitch was on the executive management team of a leading online distributor of plumbing, heating, and HVAC supplies in the US.  In his role, Mitch drove significant revenue growth, customer acquisition, product development, and strategic operational initiatives. In addition to driving growth at a few small startup ventures, Mitch led advertising partnership teams at Meta where he developed performance marketing solutions and implemented emerging platform technologies such as AI-driven product catalog sales and conversion optimization.  Previously, Mitch gained general management and leadership training with Procter & Gamble, where he led customer business development with retailers including Wal-Mart and Rite-Aid.

Mitch holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, and earned his MBA from Georgetown University.  For 8 years he served on the Board of Directors for City Harvest, the largest food rescue and distribution non-profit in NYC.  Outside of work, Mitch enjoys cooking, scuba diving, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
